How does billing work for university accounts?
We offer annual and multi-year licensing. We provide formal invoices, W-9 documentation, and can align billing to your fiscal year or semester schedule. Purchase orders accepted. Net-30 or Net-60 terms available for institutional accounts.
Does this integrate with Canvas, Blackboard, or our LMS?
Starter and Department tiers work standalone with direct student login. Our Enterprise / Portals tier includes full LMS integration via LTI, SSO authentication, and grade passback. If LMS integration is a requirement from day one, we can discuss custom onboarding during your demo call.
What programming languages and tools are covered?
Our curriculum spans R (Tidyverse, Shiny, Stan), Python (pandas, scikit-learn, ML pipelines), and Bayesian modeling. As a Posit partner, our courses are designed around the Posit ecosystem and toolchain — the same workflows students will encounter in industry.
Can faculty create custom courses on your platform?
This capability is coming with our Enterprise / Portals tier. Faculty will be able to build custom courses using our tech stack (Quarto rendering, admin tools) while applying their own branding. In the meantime, Department tier licenses let you map our existing courses into your syllabus as structured modules.
How many students can we add? Is there a minimum?
No minimum for Starter tier. Department licenses are designed for cohorts of 15+ students. Volume pricing improves significantly at 50, 100, and 200+ seat thresholds. We price to make multi-year, department-wide adoption straightforward for your budget.
What does onboarding look like for faculty?
We provide a dedicated onboarding session (live or recorded) covering the admin dashboard, progress tracking, and syllabus integration strategies. Department tier and above includes a named account manager who supports you through the first semester and beyond.
Do you provide documentation for department budget approval?
Yes. We provide a formal proposal document, W-9, detailed syllabus and course descriptions, learning outcomes mapped to your program goals, and a one-page executive summary designed to help you pitch the investment to your department chair or dean.
